This is a well-maintained duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and an extra basement. Smoke-free, pet-free duplex
There is proximity to transit, dining, shopping, and other local attractions. All schools are very close by, with Trailridge Middle School just a 5-minute walk away.
Fresh interior paint, outside deck repair, and front stair repair were done within the past month.
No one is living on the property at this time. We have moved out, but there are still a few items we are packing up.
