This package includes optional renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (where applicable), credit-building through on-time rent payments, $1M identity theft protection, move-in concierge service, a top-tier resident rewards program, and more!
- If property allows pet(s), No additional security deposit for pet(s).
- If the property allows pet(s), a maximum of 2 pets may be considered. There will be a one-time pet processing fee and a monthly pet rent as low as $45/month (rates depending on pets' assessed risk factor). Dangerous breeds will not be accepted

Public transit agencies like Caltrain and VTA are 5-10 min of walk and this is the best perk. Also, downtown moutain view is a 10 min walk and I cannot explain how great this is. Downtown is very lively and I have a lot of food options, groceries, pharmacy and night life. "
