About this House

This unique 3 bedroom/1 bath home is centrally located; less than a mile from Castro Street and Downtown Mountain View. When you enter the home you are greeted by a large living area with plush carpeting and a stone fireplace. On the far side of the living room is a solarium with four large skylights that let in a ton of natural light.

Off the entryway you'll find the large kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all the counter space you could need, tons of cabinet storage, and updated appliances. As you make your way to the back of the house you'll find the 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. The bedrooms are a good size and look out into the yard. Each has large closets with inbuilt shelving.

The backyard is a nice size and is low maintenance. There are drip systems in place for potted plants, and existing fruit trees on the back of the property. There is also a workbench and a gardening shed for working outdoors. The house has a two car garage with a workbench area and laundry machines.

From the home you can walk to Downtown Mountain View and enjoy a myriad of fine dining and entertainment locales. It is also less than a mile from the Stevens Creek bike trail, only 5 minutes from Highway 85 and El Camino Real, this home not only offers a convenient commute, but convenient night life as well.

    "I've been living here for more than an year and absolutely love the hood. It has super easy access to freeways 85, 237 and 101 and this makes my life easy while commuting to the work. Public transit agencies like Caltrain and VTA are 5-10 min of walk and this is the best perk. Also, downtown moutain view is a 10 min walk and I cannot explain how great this is. Downtown is very lively and I have a lot of food options, groceries, pharmacy and night life. "
