    "My wife and I have been living in this area for the past 4 years, it is a great place to raise kids. Everyione is very friendly and neighbors look out for one another. We know all the neighbors in our street. Most of the kids go to the same school which is a walkable distance from where we live. In the summer time people walk their pets into late in the night (like 10 or 11 o'clock). The area is very safe. I have even heard neighbors saying that they have left their houses unlocked by mistate and nothing has happened to any of their posessions. I'm not brave enough to do this, but is nice to know that it is a safe enough neighborhood to do so. "
