This corner unit is located on the top floor of a 3 story building, offering peaceful nights & lots of natural light during the day. Come home to a luxury kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. Included in the kitchen is a coffee maker, essential cooking items (pans, skillets, etc.) and much more! In the master bedroom is a tuft & needle memory foam queen size mattress with an attached ensuite dual vanity master bathroom. Included in your bathroom is a tub, walk-in shower, and bathroom essentials. Through the bathroom is a large walk-in closet. Work from home? We have a writing desk that's great for focusing. In the living space is a large TV with access to all the entertainment options. Just off the living space is a patio: the perfect place for coffee on Saturday mornings. In the evenings, it's a great place to unwind and watch the sunset over the Rocky Mountains. About the property complex:
As a tenant, you'll have access to a gym, spa, and year round pool. The property is located near the Belleview Station (8 minute walk), offering an easy commute to the airport/downtown. Parking is free.

4.5 month term. One bedroom and living area is furnished with essential kitchen items. Other bedroom can be furnished upon negotiations. Tenant is responsible for utilities.
