Description

This home is furnished and is 6 month lease. Garage is not included in the rental as being used for owner storage. Home is quiet but close to so much. It is comfortable in a good neighborhood, Walnut Hills. There is a pond in the very private back yard that has a waterfall and supports fish. Nice to listen to the sound of water. Pond and fish are taken care of you need not do a thing. There is seating on the patio with a fire pit if desired.
The mattresses are brand new as well as the bedding and the towels. The internet is on as well as the water. Trash pickup is also included. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. The kitchen is fully complete with new pots and pans, toaster and coffee maker. The main TV is a 65 inch with surround sound which is hooked to the internet and gets over the air channels as well (there are a couple hundred). There is a second internet connected TV in the master bedroom. The TVs in the 2nd bedroom and the gym are over the air only. There is a gym area in the basement with a rowing machine, a Schwinn Airdyne and a heavy bag as well as weights etc.The main bath has a heated tile floor as well as a Toto bidet toilet. There is a room that is a dedicated office including a printer.
There is easy mass transit access as well as freeway access to both I25 and 470 as well. Within a 2 mile radius 3 grocery stores King Soopers, Safeway and Sprouts. Several gyms, Starbucks and a movie theater complex. Pindustry with bowling alleys, stages for live music and rooftop its bar are just across Arapahoe Road. Dozens of restaurants both national chains and locally owned of any ethnic persuasion within a 2 mile radius. Fiddlers Green the largest amphitheater in Colorado is a couple miles away. Park Meadows mall with its In and out Burger is 3 miles away. A great location in the South suburban area.

Owner pays for water, internet service and trash pickup which is weekly. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric to be put in their name. There is no smoking inside the house. Pets are not permitted. I do have a maintenance person available for repairs.
