Jenks High School admin is terrible! Even when you have a student doing good in core classes, the constant intimidation by administrators is detrimental to a student’s well being. Bixby is much better both in staff and curriculum. It has been a nightmare for my children to attend Jenks. Parents are disrespected even when you pay significant property taxes, which also support the school. I strongly do not recommend Jenks High School.

My child doesn’t even feel safe using the restroom. Bullying is a serious issue and teachers and admin turn a blind eye. There’s no curriculum being used and doesn’t align with state standards. Admin is never around, counselors are not helpful. This school works against you, not with you

My 5th grade son didn't have a great experience at this school due to some bullying. However, as soon as we discussed the situation with the teacher and principal, things were addressed very quickly. Even without the bullying though, it was not a great fit for us. We found there to be a lot of elitism and entitlement among the students and families.

My son had a wonderful experience at Jenks Southeast in the Mandarin Immersion program! Great kids and teachers, and the principal is very involved. I often see her greeting kids by name in the hallway every morning. We ended up moving out of the school boundaries, and I regret it! Really miss this school.
