From the moment you step inside, something shifts. This isn't just a furnished condo it's a sanctuary. Guests describe a feeling of peace, good energy, and genuine rest upon arrival. Soft salt lamp light fills each room, cool and quiet, with a stillness that is immediately felt.
Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. The master includes a private en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower note there is a small lip to step over upon entry. The second full bathroom sits just steps from the guest bedroom and includes a bathtub/shower combo. The living area features a reclining couch and a setup that's truly move-in ready from day one.
The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for real living air fryer, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, sparkling water maker, a dedicated tea drawer, and a Brita pitcher. A complimentary cleaning is included every 31 days.
Wi-Fi, water, and trash are fully covered year-round. October through February all utilities including electricity are fully covered. March through September owner covers the first $70/month of electricity with any overage billed transparently with a copy of the bill.
Located in the 85014 zip code at 7th Street and Montebello The Yard and Culinary Dropout are literally steps from your front door, along with Barrio Urbano, Little Cleo's and more. All bookings are processed through a secure online rental platform with monthly payment installments, verified identity, and no traditional security deposit required. 31-day minimum stay required by HOA. Ideally seeking guests for 6 12 months. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs under 40lbs and/or cats welcome. All pets must be disclosed upfront. Service animals and emotional support animals are always welcome regardless of pet policy, as required by federal fair housing law."
