Come take a look at this peaceful Lake Balboa oasis with a relaxing outdoor living area. It is a three bedroom, two bath home that you would share w/ two other roommates of which 1 is the landlord/owner of the house. You would share 1 renovated bathroom. I have two terriers so you must Love dogs. The bedroom is available furnished or unfurnished. There is on-site parking along with a housekeeper that comes every two weeks and cleans your linens, bathroom, floors, windows and dusts. We enjoy a relaxed environment and are looking for someone to share it with. The room is available on April 1, 2026
