You are welcome to bring your own washer and dryer. One car is allowed to park in driveway. Other vehicles must park on street. Owner of house lives on site in the main house, with 1 other person. Elementary school across the street, CSUN is 2 miles away. Grocery stores and parks nearby.

All furniture featured in photos can be used by tenants. Furniture can be removed upon request.

There’s an annual artwalk and a quaint Southeast Asian community in the center: a handful of excellent Vietnamese and Thai restaurants and retail establishments. It’s mostly comprised of single-family housing, but quite a few apartments and condominiums have popped up in the last 10 years. Needless to say it’s quite a diverse and well-planned neighborhood."
