Fully Furnished: Smart TV, desk, full/queen bed, blinds, drapes, large closet, dresser. Furniture can be removed for a long term tenant, please inquire.

Newly painted and furnished, 2-story home, yard, comfortable, natural light, ocean breeze, quiet. Shared kitchen, laundry, outdoor yard, parking, community pool and jacuzzi. Clean and tidy. Home has a small dog. No other pets permitted.

Fantastic location! 1 block walk to the beach, south carlsbad Ponto Beach, grocery, restaurants, surfing, and shopping. Free parking, commuter train, west of the 5 fwy.

Require: 1. no drugs, no marijuana, no smoking, no vaping, no chewing tobacco, no alcohol recovery, no drug/alcohol dependency. 2. Tenant screening, background check, drivers LIC (Photo ID) or passport. 3. Job/Income verification (if student we can use parent).

Utilities are already included in base rent price, so no extra fees. If you have a bike to store the charge is $25.00/month. We prefer 7-12 month or longer term tenants but will accommodate shorter 3-6 month terms upon request.
