4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’m an 8th grade transgender student, and I have been bullied for being myself. I have received death threats, been told to kill myself, been bullied and ridiculed, and the staff has done that much about it. When I was in my 7th grade year, a boy called me slurs and gave me death threats. The only thing this school done about that is have him email me an apology and give him a one day in school suspension. The teachers are supportive of LGBTQIA+ students, which is amazing! But, when discrimination happens, they don’t do anything. Even when it’s right in front of their faces. And the students? Don’t get me started. They’re bullies, rude, racist, homophobic, transphobic, and disrespectful. They cuss out teachers and get into so many fights, it’s honestly ridiculous.I don’t recommend this school if you’re not cisgender, heterosexual, or skinny. This school is terrible and the students will make fun of you if you’re not popular.Student Review1y ago - Check out schools near 74131 Erin St.
