We're looking for long-term tenants to rent this lovely single family home on the east side of Midvale. The neighborhood is lovely and well-established. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Central air and heating keeps temperatures comfortable. The back yard is fenced and fully landscaped and a grape vine along the back fence. Large covered patio for outdoor living. There is a single car garage and a carport. Basement features storage and laundry hookups (tenant to provide their own units). Pets are smoking are not permitted. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.

The location is perfect. Very close to the I-15 and I-215 interchange so it's perfect for commuters and convenience.

We're good landlords and can provide tenant references upon request. We'd love to meet you and show you our home.
