Description

Freshly remodeled and painted interior and exterior. Up graded the kitchen and the bathroom. New refurbished hardwood floors in entire house. 300 yards from riverside drive right of the I-44 and 3 miles from the gathering place. Fenced big backyard with shade trees in the back and in front yard.

All utilities paid by the tenant. Yard has to be kept clean and mowed . No smoking. The roof and the gutters need to be cleaned of debris. The rent is due on date of agreement each month. There is a grace period of 3 days, no rent pay by the end third day, there will be a $50 late fee. The late fee of $50 is good for 6 days from the due date, after that there will be a $10 a day charge. One small pet allowed. up to two pets allowed with a $150 pet deposit.
