About this House

If you drive by the house at night, you will see 8 perimeter lights that are all switches. I have blown insulation into the exterior walls and 7" in the attic. New energy efficient windows are in currently and the hardwood floors have been refinished. The house has new vinyl siding and all exterior wood has been metal capped. All windows have 3" faux wood blinds. The entire inside has been painted and recessed led lights added throughout. The idea is energy efficiency to keep monthly utility costs lower.

 Lawn care will also be provided including flower bed prep and maintenance. A $200/month value. This will include lawn cutting and cleanup, leaves in the fall, flower bed maintenance and any tree work.

Cute 3/1 offered with all appliances staying with rental including washer and dryer if needed. All solid surface flooring including hardwood and tile. All rooms have ceiling fans. Situated between Riverside and Peoria on 52nd St. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including water, gas and electric. This is a 12-month lease. There is a $250 pet deposit and a $50 per month pet rent. No smoking/vaping allowed inside. Unit will be available 8/15/26. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Asking that tenant have 3X rent as income and steady employment history. House deposit $1000 due at lease signing and first month rent due upon receiving keys to the property. Color schemes will differ from pictures as I have painted all but not updated pictures.
