This upgrade condo is in the heart of DTC, 5 min to, Rosemond Park, East moor Park, I-25/I-225, Tamarac Square, Park Meadows, Micro Center, Shannahan's, Ocean Prime Restaurant, Light rail, Inverness, Denver University and etc .

I request one month rent as a security deposit and the rent includes all the bills include ( cable , nexflix, water , electricity, snow removal , garage , etc )
