This apartment has one bedroom and one bath. A nice front porch to sit on in the evenings and a fenced in backyard with a nice shade tree. Yard maintenance, water and trash fees included. Onsite laundry facility.

1 year leasing agreement after a credit check is done. This listing and rent is for one person if more than 1 person then the price of the rent does go up some. Renters insurance is required.
