This is a sunny upper level unit in an elegant duplex built in 1901. It has an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and butcher-block countertops. There are two bedrooms, a living room, and a beautifully tiled bathroom (fully renovated just a few years ago), as well as a three season porch. The unit comes with a one car garage, a washer and dryer, and a lockable storage space in the basement. It also has central air. The back yard has a garden for growing vegetables or flowers. The current tenant is moving out on June 15; the new tenant can move in on June 16, July 1, or anything in between.
