"There is a neighborhood potluck every year. There are periodic meetings at the police substation and with city leaders, as well as VIP. We have a "mass" garage sale every year. "

"Great neighbors, the best I've ever known! We love our neighborhood! We love the true feeling of being far away from a city but with all the convenience of being right in the thick of it!
