Independent entrance reached by going down one flight of outdoor stairs. Some storage area available, including an outdoor shed perfect for a bicycle. About one mile from Charlottesville's Court Squire, in the North Downtown neighborhood. Quiet cut-de-sac with ample on-street parking and friendly neighbors. Quick drive to shopping at Pantops, Seminole Square and Barracks Rd areas. Walk or. ride your bike to your job downtown or at UVA! $1700/mo, with all utilities are included, even Ting internet.
