Private patio entrance to a large living room with hardwood floors wall AC, and radiant heater, the kitchen has lots of cabinets and countertop space, new electrical stove/oven, exhaust fan, dining area with light/fan ceiling, nice bedroom with laminate hardwood floor. two closets, a glass sliding door to the 2nd patio, extra linen cabinet and closet in the hallway. One parking space included with the unit.

All utilities paid by the tenants. Basic Cable included.
