There is a fish pond & garden storage building. The home is protected by an automatic generator if there should be a power outage. There is a full solar array which allows the homeowner to use as much electricity as required without paying P.G. & E.(the monthly charge is very minimum and sometimes free). The home is modern with all the amenities of a more expensive home. The floor is part carpet, tile and linoleum. The property has a full hook-up RV pad(240 volt & 110 volt electrical connections) with a 50 foot covered RV carport. There is also a 20 X 20 ft. carport to park miscellaneous equipment.
