6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is horrendous. The admins are useless, rude, and overall live to bully children. I have a close friend that was kicked down the stairs and told to kill themselves and the admins had it on camera, and they said it was an accident. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is great at the most but it has a few bad days... In a class downstairs by the door to go outside, it's so loud kids are always screaming or laughing super loud and it makes everyone look up from what they are doing. Their food is okay it's not the best but it is good. On a good day, kids are normally quiet but then again it's middle schooler students. Also by the same classroom, there was a kid that started hitting and banging on a door and it was super loud I actually thought the door was going to break but it didn't thankfully. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs of this writing the current GreatSchools rating for UES is 5 our of 10. A rating this low for UES leads me to believe the rating system is fundamentally flawed. UES is a FANTASTIC school with engaged, experienced, and loving staff. It has strong leadership. It has updated facilities, equipment and teaching methods. The Booster Club is absolutely TOP NOTCH and helps provide many additional opportunities for the students. "The commute is horrible. I work in Everett as a RN and it takes me almost 2 hours to get home. Getting through Stanwood to Camano Island is awful. Everyone here is old and drives slow. "

"Safe well established community and neighbors, quiet and friendly. Good school system, free public transportation available for pick up and drop off at residence. Abundant wildlife such as deer, coyotes, raccoons, bald eagles, squirrels, rabbits, owls and frogs and many different bird species. The North end of Camano seems to be less populated and more private. Has that country feeling yet 10-15 minutes to Grocery Stores. Many beautiful views of the Sound, MT Baker and Olympics and Mt Rainer on a clear day. Easy exploring and trails at Iverson Spit preserve. Great library at the commons. Camano has a lot to offer to it’s residents. And the sunsets are spectacular over the water!"

"Do not own a dog or know anything about them so cannot answer question. Not a good place for dogs to be off leash although there is an off leash dog park nearby"
