This school is horrendous. The admins are useless, rude, and overall live to bully children. I have a close friend that was kicked down the stairs and told to kill themselves and the admins had it on camera, and they said it was an accident. The district only cares about the teachers and gives zero cares for the students, the teachers don't do their jobs to the fullest and lack any connection with the students. I've lived in Stanwood my entire life, and I can safely say that although there are some shady people here, our acedemics and sports are above average. A great school that lines up with a great community. The values of local teachers, local parents, and local students seem to add up to something special and long-term, passed on from one generation to the next. Having lived in other places, I can honestly say this one feels like home...
