I'm an existing tenant in this 1 BR apartment and I'm looking for someone who can takeover my lease which is until January 2016 . The apartment is very spacious with a dishwasher included only for 870$/ month. The rent includes heat, gas and water; you only have to pay for electricity and internet separate
 The neighborhood is very quite and friendly, family environment. Its the Autumn Chase apartments. I'm looking for someone who can take over the lease from the month of May. I'm looking to move out immediately because of a new job. The apartment is furnished with a nice cozy couch along with a king size bed used only for 2 months, a beautiful dining table (not many chairs) etc. So you don't have to worry about heavy moving
