If you have a computer/laptop/tablet, you'll have to acquire your own wifi. $750 a month. $750 security deposit. No pets. No smoking inside. You can smoke in sun porch. No cigars. No firearms. Has washer/dryer and garage. Call Bob. Please leave voicemail if I don't answer.

On a month to month basis. You must give 30 days notice if you vacate property.
