Cute little house located in Sandy off 700 East. Very nice corner lot with large well maintained lawn. Recently remodeled kitchen and dinning room. Close to I-15 Freeway access. Across the street from a large public park and next to Dimpel Dell park. Very large detached garage (33x24) is great for storage or whatever you need it for. I ran a small business out of this garage for 25 years. If you want the garage included its an extra $300/month.

Large storage closet with drawers in the master bedroom. Kitchen has plenty of storage and space. Recently installed AC, water softener and tankless water heater and new furnace. Washer and dryer included. New carpet as of 2026.

Grounds care is included in the price which includes weekly lawn mowing and general lawn care as needed. Tenants are responsible for flowerbed areas.
