    "I have no commute as I have been retired for four years. The community of Rio Vista is removed from any job centers but a nice place for retirement. At least forty minutes away from job centers so unless you like to drive on a two lane highway to get to and from work, choose someplace closer to your work destination!"

There are only 50 homes in the subdivision and the center common area is 30 acres of bluffs, with the center five acres a park area with landscaped grass and trees.
