We enjoy a big yard, a front and back porch, and the company of neighborhood songbirds and squirrels. Our house has off-street (in-yard) parking, and is a 3-minute walk to Wollaston Beach, and 12-minute walk from the North Quincy (T). The apartment has a modern heating system and new windows, and access to a workshop/storage-shed in the yard. Included in the apartment are all kitchen appliances (stove, refrigerator, new washer, new dryer), and free Verizon internet. Renter pays electric, gas, phone, cable, etc. House & yard are totally & completely tobacco-free! Owner mows the lawn in summer, rakes the leaves in autumn, and shovels the driveway in winter. Owner is allergic to tobacco smoke! PLEASE NO TOBACCO-SMOKING! Mellow, friendly pets are welcome with owner's approval. This is a representation of the actual unit which is in better condition.
