"There are a lot of dogs, but limited space in the neighborhood to walk them. There are however plenty of parks in walking distance. "

"Lots of dogs. Well behaved. Not a whole lot of private space to run a dog. Sometimes people let their dogs out unattended."

"My neighborhood has great access to public transportation. Peak commute hours can be busy, add an additional 10-15 minutes to get where you want to go if traveling at those times. "

"Dog owners would like the freedom to walk leashed dogs in the area and the fenced yards of most home owners. They would not like the lack of enforcement when a dog is not well cared for or runs rampant in the neighborhood. "

"I live in a lower income neighborhood at my parents home while I look to buy a home. My immediate neighbors are extended family pretty much. They are elderly so I help them sometimes with certain chores. They’ve been our neighbors for as long as I can remember. People speed bad in the neighborhood and are inconsiderate of their music or the neighborhood kids playing outside. There is also a lot of drug use. Lots of traffic for users. They sometimes have drug induced psychotic moments at the bus drop out front of my house. A few weeks back one of the heroin uses who frequents the area nodded out and fell in front of a car. It was sad. The neighbor hood has always been some what questionable, but surrounding neighborhoods are like night and day! Not Nearly the same trivial activity. "

Christmas is fun the sewer treatment plant they put down town on the beach has Christmas lights on the crane. Most of the junkie homeless folk don’t attend the events and wait till latter to come out. "
