We are pleased to present this professionally renovated 1,700 square foot home: consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a generously sized living area, and an even larger family room. The interior of the home has a new kitchen complete with white shaker style cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new high-end stainless-steel appliances. Both existing bathrooms have been completely renovated, all of the existing hardwoods refinished, new wall to wall carpet in the basement and fresh paint throughout the entire home. Before you leave, don't forget to check out the completely new HVAC system. Outside, we have a new roof, siding, all windows, metal work, gutters, soffit (all of which are new); and a fresh coat of paint on the foundation. Out back there is a large, freshly refinished concrete patio area leading to the rear staircase and basement egress all of which are surrounded by all new custom-made wrought iron railings. We could go on for hours about everything that was done to this home, you are just going to have to come see it for yourself. Owner is a licensed Realtor.

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTeachers are very dedicated. Good students, just sometimes from difficult backgrounds dealing with teenage or family circumstances. School leadership can be good, but they lack the support from district in handling things appropriately. Can be a great school, but lacks the consistency to do so. Plus, there are a few teachers you just have to shack your head at because they probably can’t even handle their own kids. It really is a Stanton family though. If your student is going here, just know they will be loved and cared for!Teacher Review1y ago - Dickinson (John) High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHad three kids graduate JDHS. All got a great start into college. One went to UD, one to Goldey-Beacom, one to Naval Academy in Annapolis. Great athletic programs. Teachers that care. IB program getting better every year.Parent Review6mo ago - Check out schools near 73 Marta Dr.

"We do a lot of can drives this time of year for the needy families. Around Christmas we take a collection at the school for non-perishable foods and any toys that can afford to be donated to help give needy the families Christmas dinner and their children a gift under the tree. Just because the family feel down on their luck, children shouldn’t be robbed of the magic of Christmas. "

"I've lived on this block for almost 6 years now. For the most part, it is a quiet block with older residents who are retired, a few younger couples that work and maintain our respectable area. Traffic tends to be challenging due to its relative location in downtown Wilmington, however this is minor compared to the conditions of some areas within a half of a square mile. Neighbors are friendly and we look out for each other."
