In a very peaceful family neighborhood in West Marion. 10 minutes to town Marion, Old Fort. dog friendly, There is no washer dryer but, it does have hook up. Tenant will have to do lawn maintenance and Trash removal. Must provide background check and proof of employment.

Must pass background check and show you make 3x rent payment with steady job reference and rental references.
