My experience with this school has been excellent. The teachers really care about each student and the principal is the best one you could ask for. I'm proud to say that both of my children go to West Marion Elementary!

Posted by a parent on 8/4/2014This school and it's school board edited the word "God" out of a first graders poem for Veterans Day because ONE person complained. To me that says this school and the district is not the place you want to send your children.

This is due to WME's lack of teaching and curriculum structure which seems to be nearly two years behind the grade.. It is absolutely ridiculou
