"Visiting after 40 years away, it is beautiful, clean, friendly and nicer than it was in the 1980s. Great place to live. "
  • Scmunson
"I enjoy the blocked off streets in Olde Town where you can grab a street beer and walk around to enjoy Live music, safely stay distanced and enjoy the day."
  • Danielle M. N.
"Everyone is super friendly and it certainly feels like an unofficial rule that everyone has to have at least one dog in this neighborhood. Everyone is respectful and cleans up after their dog and there are lots of parks and trails!"
  • Haunterthegreat
"if you're ok with walking half a mile from your car to your apartment, this place is perfect! when you move in, they don't tell you that there are twice as many cars as there are parking spots. don't bother paying for a parking pass because you'll probably end up in guest parking anyways (and even that is slim pickings). also, if you don't mind the sound of a train going off every 30 minutes right next to you, you'll love it here! the road next to building 7627 is constantly busy and the noise never stops. if you're lucky enough not to get neighbors with bass systems, you'll be fine :) and watch where you walk because no one picks up their dogs "leavings" around here. The property managers also can't seem to afford a bag of salt for the parking lot when it snows, so count on slipping around it all winter. 1 bed apartment is almost $1,500 a month - way overpriced for a BOX in the wall. utilities are not included in that price. the pool amd grill is a good half mile walk from the apartment too if you end up in the 7000s buidlings. oh, and you *have to* pay $35 a month for over the top "trash valet" service when you have to walk past the dumpsters to get to your car anyway. So, if you like the loud city life, dog leavings all over your shoes, ridiculous fees for services you never asked for and very bad parking and parking lot maintenence- this is the place for you!"
  • Luke S.
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and love it, the location is perfect, beautiful parks, convince of shopping/errands, ETC. But the landlord is a slumlord, our house is falling apart. it's sadly time for a change, but rent elsewhere is very expressive. It's a sad situation...."
  • Jessica A. M. S.
"Great neighborhood. Everyone is so polite & personable. A lot of activity i.e, walking, jogging, biking & walking dogs. "
  • Nathan G.
"farmers market and great people. everything is within walking distance and it provides a great atmosphere"
  • Nathan G.
"the culture and atmosphere. everything is within a 5 min walk, great people and alot of evening activities with great beer , wine and food choices"
  • Annie B.
"Olde Town is small, but it's also very trendy and full of different things to do. It has tons of different restaurants, opportunities for shopping, and it has a really welcoming atmosphere."
  • Annie B.
"There's a park conveniently located near the middle of Olde Town, as well as lots of places to take your dog on a walk to. If your dogs are skittish of people, Olde Town might be too crowded."
  • Annie B.
"Traffic varies depending on which direction you come from. Wadsworth is usually backed up or slow, but if you approach from the west instead, you can get to Olde Town easily."
  • Annie B.
"Olde Town is great for families because it always has tons to do and see. However, there is also lots of traffic and parents need to keep a watchful eye on their kids when anywhere near the street."
