This home has an open floor plan with a large living room opening to the kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms have plenty of space with closets in all 3 rooms. The master has a private bathroom. The two spare rooms share a full bath that has a shower/tub combo.

The home has tile flooring throughout, a new roof, fairly new paint (under 2yr old) and comes with kitchen appliances. We will also provide your W/D hook-ups. All the appliances are electric and Lot 299 has central heat and air. All utilities are through Duke Energy Progress. There is well water and a septic system in place. Ready for phone and cable of your choosing.

Lot 299 is in the Bailey Elementary and Southern Nash School Districts. Short drive to Wilson, Rocky Mount or Raleigh. We allow pets. We have a maximum of 2 pets per home, and the pets must remain under 40# when full grown. They also cannot be on the breed restriction list.

This home is set up on about 2+ acres and is right across the street from a big farming operation. Enjoy the country life!!

The security deposit of $699 is due at lease signing. A one year lease will be signed, with option to renew after 1 year.

"The neighbors on this street live far apart from each other. Everyone has huge yards. It’s a small community but there’s a grocery store and gas station less than three miles away. "

"I live in the area and I love the school they go above and beyond for you. There are close by gas stations and grocery stores around the corner (2 miles). Everyone in the neighborhood knows our pets and are very nice and kid friendly. Very rarely any traffic maybe 5 cars. Although there are very little resturants, parks, and nightlife we are 45 minutes from rockymount, raleigh, and greenville! "
