This home also has a storage building that the tenant can use for no extra fees. This home has a Southern Nash and Bailey Elementary School District. Close to Wilson, Zebulon and Rocky Mount. Pets are allowed. We have a 2 pet per home maximum. All pets must remain under 40# when full grown, and cannot be on our restriction list. We accept indoor only pets. $525 security deposit is due at lease signing. Lease contract is for 1 year with option to renew at the end of the year.Tenant is responsible for Duke Energy Progress utility bill each month and any cable and internet services. BD Morgan Inc will provide tenant with well water and septic system.

"The neighbors on this street live far apart from each other. Everyone has huge yards. It’s a small community but there’s a grocery store and gas station less than three miles away. "

"I live in the area and I love the school they go above and beyond for you. There are close by gas stations and grocery stores around the corner (2 miles). Everyone in the neighborhood knows our pets and are very nice and kid friendly. Very rarely any traffic maybe 5 cars. Although there are very little resturants, parks, and nightlife we are 45 minutes from rockymount, raleigh, and greenville! "
