The house is viewable now by appt only with the current tenant. To apply, fill out the application here along with your credit report within the last 3 months and submit. I will call or text you with Maria Flores, the current tenant's contact info so you can call her directly for showing. Lease is 1 year and renewable after expiration at 5% increments per year. First month and security deposit of equal amount required to move in. Tenant to pay all utilities plus gardening. Small pets allowed with additional deposit of $300 ea.

Tenant must pay first month rent plus one month security deposit. Security deposit can not be used as rent as last month's rent.

Tenant has 5 day grace period after the rent due to make payment. From the 6th day on, $25 late fee per day will be imposed.

Tenants pays for electricity, water, garbage and gardening.

In case of an eviction, tenant must reimburse all legal costs to landlord.

Landlord will provide home warranty in case for appliances including heating and air conditioning. Tenant is responsible for service call charge .

    "This is a beautiful, secluded neighborhood. Very safe, quite, lovely, clean, survellance cameras, and guards at the gate, but you have to attend neighborhood parties to know people, otherwise, it's very quite, you don't really see people talking to each other only those who jog or walk their pets. Soon the neighborhood is getting a park and a baseball court. It's beautiful, and prices are picking up very quickly in this hidden germ! It doesn't even feel like vallejo, and really, It's not close to vallejo downtown so we are absolutely not affected by whatever crime is going on downown"

It is very safe...my fiance and our golden retriever join a host of other residents on their nightly walk through the neighborhood on the nicely lit sidewalks. The homes are beautiful and the Home Owner's Association do a good job of keeping everything clean and orderly. This is a great place for families and anyone looking for a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the Bay Area but who still want to be within 30min of everything!"
