About this House

726 E Pecan has ONE bedroom and one bathroom, and a good deal of storage. No carpet! All flooring is wood like laminate or ceramic tile in wet areas and dining. The bathtub and white subway shower tile was replaced in the past few years. Refrigerator comes with the property. The sliding glass door was just replaced. There is space and hook up for a washing machine in the kitchen and a dryer in the closet off the back patio courtyard. (Neither washer and dryer are provided.) Your ONLY bills are electricity, renters insurance, and internet. Landlord pays water and lawn care; there is no gas at the property. Only two people are allowed to reside in a one bedroom unit. Managed by a small responsive local management company. Applicants must make three times the rent (verifiable), 580 minimum credit score, have few (if any) late pays, and no collections or recent criminal history. Application fee is $75 per person over 18. Online application link provided upon request from listing agent. Landlords prefers an 18 month lease or longer.
