My parents bought the home in 2001 and got caught to sub prime lending, most of the people here are hard working individuals that just want a better future. Is it perfect ? It is an surrounded by two upscale neighborhoods one being Northridge and the other is Woodland Hills. Also, the orange line is close by and provides free park and go. "
