This is a relaxing spot set in a very tranquil setting. A beautifully fully furnished cottage where you will only need your toothbrush. Super quiet for a good night relaxing sleep. Let this beautiful setting help you regain your passion for life.

This cottage has a kitchen with a apartment size fridge, and a stove that uses propane. The stove has a cooktop and oven. The kitchen has coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, dishes, and full set of pots and pans. If you want to eat inside, there are wooden TV trays. Outside is a lovely table with 2 chairs. There is a mini split AC/Heater which has a remote. Large TV, internet and small desk space.

There is a queen size bed set in an alcove that is so cozy! There is a large TV in the living area, and a separate bathroom with a shower and closet. This cottage is quaint and super cute.

It has an outdoor table and chairs on the little veranda that overlooks the backyard Plus a little fire pit and patio sofa that would sit three.

Parking is reserved for you in the front of the property. However, if the front is full, you can park in the back of the main house.

Grocery stores and Restaurants are about 5 minutes away in Fallbrook.
We're 3 minutes west of the I-15 freeway. Temecula Wine country with many vineyards is about 10 minutes away to the north. Beaches in Oceanside are about 30 minutes away to the west. Downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo and Old Town are about 50 minutes away to the south.

Hiking, and many other activities are available. Temecula has many activities. Wine tasting, balooning, horseback riding, Old town (stagecoach stop).

A car is recommended for getting around Fallbrook and reaching San Diego destinations.

We are two hours drive away from Los Angeles and about one hour away from Orange County.

You will have access to the gameroom/gym where we have a pool table. We have a treadmill, stationary bike, and elyptical. The washer and dryer are located in the main house and will be available for your use.

The main house is an Italian villa. Your space is an adorable cottage that is located in the backyard. We have Airbnb guests periodically, so you may see them around. You will be sharing the backyard with the owner and guests. We have a really beautiful back yard with decks, grass and relaxing spaces.

We will consider pets. Please inquire.

Lease can be six months to a year.
