Pets are ok with some dog breed restrictions. Additional pet rent of $40/mo for up to two pets, plus an extra deposit of $500 per pet. Dog breeds not allowed are Akita, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Staffordshire, Wolf Hybrid, German Shepherd or any dog that has a percentage or mix of any of these breeds. Monthly income requirement of at least 4x monthly rent ($8,400/mo). May be willing to work with less than perfect credit scores depending on overall strength of application.
