Landlord will not rent to any person required to register as a sex offender.
Pets are negotiable and if approved will be considered with application. (Pets require $500 additional security deposit per pet and a non-refundable $150 per pet fee.) Complete all requested pet information. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis and owner may want to meet animals before accepting. Not acceptable: Any unusual, exotic or venomous animal. Unusual, exotic or venomous animals are any animals that are not customarily kept as domestic pets and are, by nature, potentially harmful, vicious and/or dangerous. Examples include, but are not limited to: wild cats (tigers, cougars, leopards, etc.), wolves or other wild dogs, primates, serpents (rattlesnakes, boa constrictors, etc.). Animals with a previous bite history or potentially dangerous dogs, if they are fully or partially the following breeds or appear to be these breeds: American Bull Dog; Bull Terrier; Staffordshire Terrier; Presa Canario; Rottweiler; Doberman Pinscher; Malamute; Chow Chow; Wolf Hybrids, Akita - including Japanese and Akita Inu; Bernese - including Mountain Dog, Berner Sennenhund & Bernese Cattle Dog; Husky - including American, Eskimo, Siberian & Greenland; Mastiffs - including Anatolian Shepherd, Dogue de Bordeaus, Neopolitian, Tibetan, English, Spanish & Bullmastif.

No puppies or kittens. Dogs and cats must be 24 months of age or older.
Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered.
