Has 1 car parking parking space. On site laundry, Lots of closet space. It is minutes away from the SF valley and Hollywood. Close to most studios. Disney, Nickelodeon etc. Also minutes away from St. Joseph Hospital.
Just a few blocks away up the hill from the Burbank media center mall. Also just a few blocks away from the stough canyon-wildwood park area and De Bell golf course with hiking and bike trails. Closest cross street are Kenneth and Magnolia.
There are no apartment buildings with more than 4 units each on this block. Most of them also look like houses from the street. Starting on the next street up are all homes. So again. this is a very clean, safe and quiet neighborhood. It gets extremely quiet here at night. There is virtually no freeway or city noise. The owner is hopeful in finding someone respectful of that. It is close to the city but also well removed from the noise and congestion in a very rural setting.
Small dogs may be negotiable. And may require an additional deposit.
