One small dog is allowed with owner approval and a $300 damage deposit. When applying, you must declare if you have a dog, including all forms of service dogs. I will ask directly upon interviewing for the unit. Pet rent is $35/month.

High quality Hunter Douglas Shades on all windows. Many are bottom up/top down for added privacy. In the bedrooms, the shades are blackout shades for dark comfortable sleeping

Available January 16 for a 6.5 month lease ending July 31, 2026. The leases on this home always renew at the end of July and if you continue to live there, the following lease will be a one year lease.
