"My neighborhood is safe and has almost direct access to 3 of the busiest highways in Minneapolis. From 494, 35 West to the 62 Crosstown, you’re close enough to the Metro and Cities, but you have a nice, quiet neighborhood with younger kids and families to older people and everyone in between."

"Richfield 4th of July is a tradition for us. We love farmer's market and ice cream treats at the Malt shop. Richfield has incredible Mexican food at places like El Tejaban and Andale. Local Roots is a favorite coffe shop with kids eat free on Mondays. "

"There are highways and busy intersections but LOTS of side streets and I see dog walkers everywhere! The only downside is there’s not enough sidewalks "

"Neighbors know each other. Younger families moving in, but still melding well with lifers. Good place to raise a family - close enough to the city but still suburban living."

"Quiet neighborhood where we cam let our children play inn the driveway. Very little traffic I our area. Parks within walking distance for the kids and community events for the family. We habe lived here for 6yrs with no complaints at all. "
