Max Patterson Park is just a few blocks away and has well kept pickleball courts, water splash pad and playground. Commuting from here is a breeze with I-205 close by, PDX is a 20 minute drive in the mornings- Mt. Hood is only an hour away.
This rental is a fully furnished upper unit in an up/down duplex home. All furnishings in the photos are included in rent, but maintained by tenant.
The kitchen includes everything you need for day to day meal prep, such as pots, pans, baking dishes, ect. It features new stainless steel appliances (Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, Range/Oven) and a large sink.
Kick back and relax in front of the electric fireplace and listen to some records on the provided record player in the living room. Enjoy central air conditioning and forced air heat that was installed in 2022.
Tenants will have access to an in-unit private laundry room. There is also a desk workspace in the family room, perfect for a home office/work from home space.
This unit has two off-street parking spaces available. No access to garage. No RVs, boats, trailers, ect. All outdoor spaces are shared with the downstairs unit with the exception for the upper deck area, which is for the upper unit.
