"This location is great for anyone who likes to walk about a mile to the Mall and several restaurants. Walk about a half mile to the public swim center, and across the street for jogging trails. Just step out the door and take a 30 minute bus ride to downtown Portland or a 5 minute ride to the Clackamas town center where the light rail station is also located. The grade school age kids can also walk to the Linwood school safely through the Cedarcrest neighbohood. "

"The location is great for walkers. Across the road is a large undeveloped green space that is popular for dog owners to walk their pets. It is a good jogging area as well. The Aquatic center is within walking distance and is a great way for a family to recreate together. The Harmony campus of Clackamas community college is less than a mile walk up Harmony road. About one mile and you are at the Clackamas town center and restaurants. The property is on a Trimet bus route as well. The neighborhood is within Milwaukie City limits and has great city services availabe. Property crime is nearly nonexistent in this area. The Linwwod grade school has recently been modernized and is reported to be a fine school and it is within walking distance. "
