"I lived in the West Washington Park neighborhood in Denver on the 400th block of Washington Street South. Besides an annual block party, we didn’t have any other official community events. HOWEVER, this is still a special neighborhood because of the kind and neighborly people who live there. Everyone goes out of their way to say hello and are always willing to lend a helping hand. I formed some fantastic friendships with my neighbors and there’s nothing better than having your friends live in walking distance!"
  • Moni J
"This high rise, high income condo property is located in downtown Denver business district. Not appropriate for families with children under age 18. Better suited for college students, singles, retirees. Entertainment and other amenities geared towards affluent adults. "
  • Megan G.
"Middle of downtown. Great access to restaurants, bars, nightlife, etc. Lack of green space. "
  • Rj8960

"Great area in the financial district of the city. Only a block off 16th Street Mall, but quiet for downtown living. You can walk absolutely anywhere and the bus stop is just outside."
