Fire proof doors on every floor. Lead free, new plaster and paint thru-out building. Energy efficient heaters cut energy bills in half. Entire building up to code. The exterior of the house has just been painted and brand new front porches. Hardwood floors in bedrooms and living room. Kitchen has an island with seating. One bedroom is smaller then others. Personal washer and dryer in basement. Storage room. Large yard shared by other tenants and off street parking. . Utilities not included.
