Bus, ferry, a beach and all of quaint downtown Sausalito shopping and dining areas are easy short walking distance from home. Small pet considered with additional PET rent and deposit. Absolutely no smoking of anything allowed at the property.

Otherwise, the southern marin mothers group is very active here for noms of young kids and there are several fantastic private school for all educational philosophies. Overall, a great city for kids. Lots of tourist activity, but strong neighbor support. Lots of parks public spaces and restaurants that are kid friendly. "
